Kristin Ornelas
Kristin Ornelas is an Organizational Psychologist and trusted advisor across a suite of global technology, media, and food tech organizations and venture incubators that include: Live Nation, Ticketmaster, Ocean Media, Priceline.com, MatchGroup, Perfect Day, Google, A&E Networks and others.
Kristin is enlivened when elevating organizational-employee relationships through strategic leadership programming, learning development and talent management while upholding diverse, equitable, and inclusive working environments.
Kristin’s career values are a common thread to her personal life as you will find her advocating for evolving ideals on equitable representation, mental health in the workplace, and empowering mentorship. In 2020 the University of Southern California honored Kristin as the Mary Tenopyr Award recipient for her commitment to the field of organizational psychology. Kristin’s dedication to the field of organizational psychology and leadership continues as a doctoral candidate at Vanderbilt University.
Mary Lou Song
Mary Lou Song is a strategy-focused business leader who brings 20+ years of experience
in the technology startup sector. Throughout her career, she has worked on innovative technologies in advertising, social networking, media, and marketplaces.
Mary Lou’s e-commerce career began in 1996 when she joined eBay as a founding employee. She led the product management and community teams, helping grow the user base from 15,000 members to more than 20 million globally.
As an adjunct faculty member at the Farley Center for Entrepreneurship at Northwestern University, she provides guidance to both undergraduate and graduate students launching their careers in technology, teams, and innovation.
She is a motivating leader and advisor, leveraging coaching certifications to help senior decision-makers identify gaps, optimize resources, and align teams to move their organizations to the next growth phase. She continues to pursue her passion for organizations, teams, and innovation as a doctoral candidate at Vanderbilt University.
Gary Martin
Gary Martin is an action-oriented leader focused on strategic planning, innovation, organizational growth, and multicultural team development.
Gary brings 27 years of experience in the municipal government sector with a tenured career at a modern metropolitan law enforcement agency. He has dedicated the last 18+ years to creating and leading innovative teams throughout the organization to bring about actionable change.
Gary leverages his MBA to utilize sound business fundamentals from the private sector to address the primary challenges facing the public sector. He has engaged those principals with his career experience in policy management, systems analysis, strategic planning, risk management, and financial negotiations.
Gary is guided by his personal and career values which serve to create and maintain environments that promote equity, inclusion, dialogue, and mutual respect for everyone. These spaces are critical for supporting collaboration, ideation, and placing value on the individual lived experiences that everyone brings to the team environment.
